Update: February 5, 2023
We have begun to work again – thank you for understanding. Please realize that we are much further behind than we anticipated. We are beginning this week trying to catch up with things in this initial order of work. This week we will be trying to fill BO of unframed prints and beginning with the framed and matted prints. There will be some further delays with some of the wood frames as we are physically limited in producing them. We hope to have 2/3 of the BO going out this week. Watch for further updates. Thank you! Bob Shearer, President
The last day for SHIPPING this year will be December 9th for orders placed by December 1st. Squadron Graphics will be closed again this year, reopening no later than the 1st week of February 2023 due to medical issues.
Let me first thank all of our Squadron Graphics Customers and greatly apologize to some. 2022 has been one of, if not the most difficult year in our now over 40 years of operation. Anticipating what was about to happen, we gave the above notice trying to do as much as we could to make as many as possible happy as we looked forward to a difficult medical issue. We did not anticipate what would actually happen – we should have nonetheless.
When we put up the notice people just moved up their orders to November which resulted in more than we could handle in the time allotted. Instead of getting every order placed before 1 December made and shipped, the volume increased to the point that made getting everything out impossible, orders made prior to 27 November were mostly done and shipped; little or nothing past that date.
Graduations, Retirements, Birthdays, and especially Christmas have always been very important to us and we have tried extra hard to meet those requests. This year, as I lay in bed recuperating, we failed for the first time. I am so sorry, but that is what it is. This time there is nothing I can do to make it better – at least not right now. As I recover, we will get back to work and fill these orders – all of them.
If anyone does not want to wait and wishes a refund, just contact me directly via email and we will take care of it. In the meantime, from my bed, I wish to extend to all a very merry and joyful Holiday. To that end, here is a special little gift to each of you. Please accept it in the spirit that it is made. The best to all and to all a goodnight.
